By on July 6, 2013 in UK

After my recent trip to Borneo (see Lambir Hills National Park, 98000 Miri, Sarawak, Malaysia and Borneo and insects…) I flew back to the UK for a few days.

Meanwhile, here are some photos and a video from my ‘working’ holiday supporting Newcastle University Boat Club (NUBC) ‘A’ at Henley Royal Regatta (HRR) (it is a tough job, but someone has to do it…)

The men’s crew made it to the semis of the Temple Challenge Cup (along the way they beat not only Reading University but also R.W.T.H. Aachen, Germany, and A.S.R. Nereus, Holland) and were finally knocked out by Harvard University.
