Crystal Ski, Niederau, Austria – first impressions…

By on January 4, 2015 in Austria, General

First impressions of Crystal Ski At the Sonnschein Hotel, Niederau, Austria are not good. They seem confused and disorganised, and don’t appear to be doing a good job of getting information out to their clients, or interfacing with the hotel.

There is good online information via an iPhone and Android app, and there was a good information pack handed out on the coach, but on the ground it is not happening, despite all the reps having iPads.

Examples: There was confusion over the food last night. We arrived late and the dining room was closed. I got some food but their were clients milling around with no food being offered. We were left to find our own way to the ski hire shop (not easy on a dark rainy night). And this morning there seemed to be confusion over ski school meeting points and times.
