The randomness of AirAsia checkin

By on June 19, 2015 in Malaysia

Flying quite a bit on AirAsia at the moment and one thing that annoys me is the variation in checkin procedures.

Some airports you have to prints out your own baggage labels at the airport, some not. Some you print out at the label at home and bring it to the airport.

Is it too much to ask for a consistent approach?

Johor Bahru (JHB): You can print the boarding pass at home and luggage label at home.

Kuching: You can print your boarding pass at home, but must print your luggage label at the airport using a self-service machine.

Kuala Lumpur (KL): You can print your boarding pass at home, but you have to go to the desk to print your luggage label….

Arggghhhhhhhh…… Please fix this AirAsia
