My wandering around Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) continued, and I went to have a look at the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Head Office (City Hall) — another stunning example of French Colonial Architecture.

I returned to the area at around 9 am the following day, and it was much quieter than shown in the photo above.

As I walked around, security guards kept blowing their whistles. At first, I thought it was something I was doing wrong, but it turned out it was for people walking on the grass.
