Kedai Makanan Hook Sang, Bukit Indah, Johor, Malaysia, was a typical traditional Malaysian Chinese Seafood Restaurant tucked away down one of the side streets in Bukit Indah. The food, and I ate there many times, was exceptionally good. They offered a range of fresh (swimming in the tanks) seafood, as well as a range of meat and vegetarian dishes. They also served beer.
