A superb meal

I had read online that the best place to eat near where I was staying was On's Thai Vegetarian Restaurant — and it was superb.
I had an excellent vegetarian curry. It was spot on with speedy service. I watched my dish being prepared out the front of the restaurant. The sauce was great, and the vegetables were fresh and cooked just right. They were hot but not cooked to mush.
A board on the wall had notes from all over the world from people that had visited the restaurant and enjoyed a great meal.
One little quirk was you write your order and do the maths.
The restaurant was authentic Thai — so if you visit, go with it and enjoy the food and the experience. It was not a Westernised version of a Thai restaurant.
It was also exceptional value for money.
Finally, a big thanks to the chef for a wonderful meal.
If you are near “The Bridge on the River Kwai (สะพานข้ามแม่น้ำแคว)”, you would be mad not to pop into On's Thai Vegetarian Restaurant for a meal.
