Is that stain what I think it is?

If you ever worry about staining the seats of a rental car, then you should rent from Enterprise Cars at Bozeman Airport, where your vehicle comes pre-stained.

When I asked about the stain, I was told it was caused by skiers getting into the car with wet 'pants' (or, as I would call them, trousers). I have been skiing for years and have never left stains on car seats.

It makes you wonder!

The car was also not in great condition. There were some odd wobbles in the steering, the ABS was suspect, and the tyres (or tires) were not the best quality snow tyres I have come across. Maybe the poor handling explains the stains?

On this trip, I have also rented two cars from Alamo at the airport, a Subaru Outback (same as the one above from Enterprise) and Forrester. Both vehicles were in much better condition than the car from Enterprise, and both handled much better, due to better snow tyres, on the Montana roads.

My advice, avoid Enterprise unless you are someone who regularly stains car seats.
